SRK Intends to produce Mahabharata

King Khan Shah Rukh Khan has not scored a promising hit in the recent years. All his recent outings ended up as decent grossers but the actor failed to make a massive impact across the audience. He is busy wrapping up the shoot of his next film in the direction of Imtiaz Ali which will be wrapped up soon. Anushka Sharma is the female lead in the film which will release later this year. The actor will then join the shoot of his next movie which will be directed by Anand L Rai. The actor will be seen as a dwarf in the movie.
The latest update is that the actor revealed his wish to produce the epic Mahabharata on a lavish scale in Indian cinema. SRK said that the process is on and he already discussed about this with his close aides. Shah Rukh said, "It's my dream to make the Mahabharat for the screen. It's been for years now. But I don't think I have the budget to do that. I would love to do it, but I don't think I could afford to. Unless I collaborate. But not with Indian producers”.
