John Abraham’s Back to Back Releases

Just when one was settling down to the fact that the makers of John Abraham's Welcome Back  are planning to bring the film on January 23, next year (and hence clashing with either Baby or Gabbar - as one of the two would certainly move ahead), there is more. His Rocky Handsome has now been finalized for February 6, hence resulting in as many as two John Abraham starrers in a matter of a fortnight.

In that prospect, it belongs to an altogether different genre when compared to Welcome Back which is a comic outing from the stable of Anees Bazmee. Though there is still uncertainty around the finaldate, speculations around its arrival on the weekend leading to Republic Day have pretty much caught steam, considering the fact that this is the first long weekend of the year. Meanwhile, personally for John, it would be the case of 'two much too soon', pun intended, as after an eventful 2013 (Race 2, Shootout at Wadala, Madras Cafe - all successes, and only one flop I, Me Aur Main) followed by a blank 2014, he would now be kick-starting 2015 with a bang, as he is all set to send a note of Welcome Back  to Rocky Handsome.
