Lingaa Censor Updates

Superstar Rajinikanth is coming back on main screen after four years with his latest movie Lingaa. His last movie was Robo though he released an animated movie Kochaadiyan which did not do well at the box-office. Now Rajinikanth is gearing up his recent movie Lingaa for a grand relase. The movie has completed its censor formalities and received clean U ceritificate without any cuts. Rajinikanth has shot for the movie in record time and wrapped the complete time as per the planned date earlier.  The movie has been directed by KS Ravikumar who directed Muthu and Narasimha with Rajini in the past.

Anushka and Sonakshi Sinha are the heroines of Lingaa. The audio of the movie has been released recently has received good response. AR Rahman has composed the musicfor Lingaa. The theatrical trailer of the movie created huge sensation among the movie lovers. Rockline Venkatesh has produced Lingaa on Rockline Entertainments banner. As per the update, Lingaa has been planned to release on December 12th on the occasion of Rajinikanth’s birthday. However as per the latest news, the movie has been delayed due to the delay in the CG work and the movie might release for Christmas. An official confirmation will be out soon.
